The UFCW Professional Division actively advocates for pharmacists' safety, rights, and professional integrity at the state and national levels. We lobby for critical reforms—such as fixing unsafe staffing ratios—and maintain a powerful voice on the California Board of Pharmacy to influence new laws and regulations. Our goal is to ensure that pharmacists can practice in supportive environments where they are fairly compensated and empowered to deliver the highest quality patient care.
