We were bargaining all day and into the night to get the fair contract we deserve, however we’re no closer to a deal than we were when we started. The company’s proposal is still an insulting $5.25 over three years. They won’t even give us another bargaining date until September 28. 

They’ve been disrespecting us throughout this process, intimidating members by making unilateral changes without bargaining, unlawfully surveilling members who have been active in the contract campaign, and failing to provide information necessary for bargaining. And the disrespect they showed us at the bargaining table yesterday was no different. 

We’re not backing down.
